Como já se esperava, Beyoncé foi a grande vencedora da noite do Grammy 2010, no domingo (31), faturando seis prêmios. Taylor Swift, que faturou o prestigiado prêmio de Álbum do Ano com seu Fearless, ficou em segundo lugar, recebendo quatro estatuetas, uma das quais deixou cair no chão. O grupo Kings of Leon recebeu três prêmios e a estreante Lady GaGa, ganhou dois, de Melhor Gravação Dance, com Poker Face, e Melhor Álbum Dance, com The Fame.
